For a while in High School my mom kept asking me if I was going to continue to play flute in College. She asked ALL the time. And every time she asked I said “Yes of course!” And then my Junior year a couple days before the start of Honor Band my parents presented me with this flute. I was speechless. For years I had been playing on the student flute my mom had when she was in middle school. And this one was brand new and the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen. I almost cried I was so happy.

I am having a large problem with this favorite thing. Favorite this. Favorite that. I have a really hard time deciding one thing is my favorite over all of the things. So I’m just gonna do this now since I’ve done a few favorites already and the ‘this is as close to my favorite as I can get’ is probably getting kind of old. So for now unless I say this is it. This is my favorite of the things! Assume that it’s just the best I can come up with as a favorite. Sorry about the rant…

As a music person it is extremely difficult to pick an ABSOLUTE favorite CD but this is the soundtrack I used to listen to every night when I was younger to go to sleep. It may even be one of the reasons I really want to write score music. So this CD at least has to be way up there on my list!
